Mennica Legacy Tower

The Mennica Legacy Tower is an imposing office building created by the Chicago-based architecture firm Goettsch Partners, which decided to work with the Epstein local consultants. With its unique architectural form, the high-rise is a striking landmark on Warsaw’s skyline.
The subtle curves, the partitioning of the façade, and the fully glazed, 12-meter-high main lobby contribute to the building’s sense of lightness and dynamism, making it a fascinating addition to the modern skyline of the Wola district.

Mennica Legacy Tower is located in the central business district and is divided into a 32-story tower on the south-east side with a smaller 8-story building on the west side of the site. The taller building has a 12-meter high lobby with a cable-supported roof, dissolving the boundary between inside and outside thanks to transparent glazing. The textured, saw-tooth façades reinforce the rounded edges and lend the building a constantly changing appearance depending on the observer’s perspective.
The tower’s trump card is its iconic feature: the south-eastern edge rises outward in steps of three stories each, creating an opening to the sky. A sloping screen wall at the top of the building emphasizes its profile.

At an impressive height of 140m and consisting of approx. 65,000 square meters of office space, the project satisfies even the highest demands in terms of functionality. Users benefit from amenities such as a fitness suite and conference center, a restaurant and café as well as retail units on the ground floors. Between the two buildings is a broad open space that offers ample outdoor seating with numerous landscaping elements.
